Dinners for 12 Strangers
Dinners for 12 Strangers is a new tradition at FDU - one that connects
students and alumni. During select dates, alumni local to our New Jersey
campuses will host students in their homes, at restaurants and diners
for an evening of good food and conversation.
Won't you consider
being one of our alumni hosts? This is a wonderful and meaningful way to
stay connected to the University and meet some great young people. Our
students are eager to meet our alumni and we hope that you are eager to
meet them.
Spend some time in the company of students. Share your life stories. Learn from one another. You'll never forget it.
Upcoming Dinners for 12 Strangers Dates:
April 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14

Host participation is limited to the surrounding areas of both the Metropolitan Campus and the College at Florham to minimize travel distances for students.

Live outside the area? Consider co-hosting a dinner. A co-host typically helps with meal expense, preparation and clean-up, and enjoys interacting with guests. If you are traveling to the New Jersey area during the program dates, serve as a host at a restaurant or diner.
